Helping Houston & Harris County Families Find Common Ground

Compassionate Mediation for Life's Most Difficult Conversations

If you are facing divorce, custody, elder care, or an estate dispute in Houston or elsewhere in Harris County, mediation lets you resolve it on your own terms, without the cost, delay, or public record of a courtroom battle. As a TMCA Credentialed Mediator, I help Houston-area families reach agreements that hold up because both sides helped build them.

About Lynnette

Resolution Without Destroying What Remains

I became a TMCA credentialed mediator because I believe most families want the same thing: resolution without destroying what is left of the relationship. My approach is structured, respectful, and practical. Whether you are navigating divorce, custody and visitation, property division, elder care, or an inheritance dispute, I will help you move from conflict toward an agreement you can live with and stand behind.

Client Experiences

What Clients Say

Real stories from families who found resolution and a better path forward through mediation.

When it came time to figure out care for my mom, my brother and I did not agree on much of anything at first. Working through it with Lynnette gave us a way to actually hear each other instead of just arguing on the phone. We walked out with a plan we both trust, and honestly, our relationship is better for it.

My siblings and I were at a standstill over how to handle our father's estate, and every conversation turned into an argument. Mediation let us slow down and actually work through it instead of letting it turn into a lawsuit. It cost a fraction of what a probate fight would have, and we still talk every week.

I have referred several colleagues to Lynnette over the years for disputes that needed a steady, neutral hand. She listens carefully, keeps the process moving, and treats everyone in the room with respect, even when tensions are high. That combination is rarer than it should be.
